Having the ability to help shape a historic community and provide regional cohesiveness throughout Lakeland makes this a special project to work on. It is exciting to partner with the CRA in undertaking a large-scale effort to plan alongside the residents and visitors of Dixieland.

RMA is excited to bring their decades of redevelopment expertise to the Midtown CRA Plan Update project and further capitalize on the CRA’s unique assets including Bonnet Springs Park, Tigertown, the Medical District, and the culturally historic neighborhoods. RMA will utilize its CRA implementation experience to ensure the plan goals will result in a better quality of life and environment in the Midtown CRA.
