We help communities across Florida plan for the future through visioning, structured public engagement, and consensus building, grounded in technical analysis, industry expertise, and attention to community values. VHB is working with the City of Lakeland CRA to update the Downtown Redevelopment Plan to channel and manage anticipated growth and investment, prioritize catalytic projects and policies, and strengthen long-term fiscal and community outcomes.
